Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Andre Johnson

#2 Ranked WR

The Texans struggled last week, Keenum was pulled and Schaub came in. Schaub and Johnson got into a fight.  Andre Johnson got really pissed off and stormed off the field. It was a very weird game. Keenum has been said to be the starter for week 12 which should mean good things for Johnson who has had great chemistry with him. The Jaguars are a middle-of-the-pack secondary and Keenum should do better against this DEF which means that Johnson will have another good week. He still scored you double digit points last week so you can’t be that mad at him.

Garrett Graham

#16 Ranked TE

You don’t feel super confident about this guy, and we understand. But you have to play the odds. Granham was the highest scoring TE last week with 17 points. More importantly he was targeted 12 times, which is a beastly amount for a TE and a vast improvement over the last few weeks. 9 of those targets came from Keenum who will be starting again and the Jaguars give up the 2nd most fantasy point to TE. Also, with the fact that Graham was a major player in the Texans beating the Jaguars last season, all things points to yes in this case.

Ben Tate

#8 Ranked RB

Tate scored the 16th most points last week which made him barely a RB2, but he is getting healthier and healthier so that means he will get better and better. With Foster out, he is the man in Houston now so he is a must start (particularly when he will be rushing against a very weak rush attack who give up the 8th most points in the league to RBs).

Case Keenum

#14 Ranked QB

There is nothing quite like getting benched to put a little fire under your tush to play well the next week. The fans had quite the reaction when coach Kubiak decided to pull Keenum for Schaub, and it was not a good reaction. Kubiak has announced Keenum to be the starter this week and said that he has total confidence in him. We have confidence in him too, particularly when he will be playing against the 2nd worst DEF defending QBs in the league. Case will bounce back this week and you don’t have to worry about him.

Gut Calls

DeAndre Hopkins

#36 Ranked WR

This rookie zeroed out on you last week and just couldn’t pull it together against the Raiders last week. He was even benched for a good portion of the game due to is mistakes. So what does that mean to you? He got back into the game so you don’t have to worry about him being permanently benched and he is going to want to prove something this week. That generally means good things for fantasy owners. The Jaguars do allow WRs to score some points so this isn’t an unthinkable option.

Bench Warmers

They are playing the Jaguars who are one of the worst DEF in almost every category. You are playing (or at least thinking about playing) just about everyone.
