Week 13 – Dallas Cowboys Fantasy Forecast

Philadelphia Eagles 8-3 at Dallas Cowboys 8-3   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em DeMarco Murray Murray had his third lowest game of the season and still got you 14 fantasy points. With that kind of production, you are starting him every week. This week he gets the Eagles that give up the 13th most fantasy points to Running Backs.   Dez Bryant Coming off two back to back monster performances against Jacksonville and the NYG, Dez looks like he will make it number three this week. Since neither team has a dominant defense this game will most likely be a shootout. Dez Bryant has put up at least 12 fantasy points in his last two Thanksgiving Day games. Must Start!   Tony Romo Romo has been playing well since getting injured half way through the season. This week he will be going up against the Eagles that give up the 2nd most fantasy points to Quarterbacks. Romo should have a fun day with yards and touchdowns, but do expect him to turn the ball over at least once.   Jason Witten Even though this week has the potential to be a shootout, don’t bank on Jason Witten putting up huge fantasy points. The Eagles are giving up the 10th fewest fantasy points to Tight Ends. At this point Witten is a touchdown dependent Tight End who doesn’t get you a lot of yards, but given the lack of depth at the position you could do worse.   Dan Bailey   Gut Calls No Gut Calls   Bench Warmers Terrance Williams Williams hasn’t had a great game since Week...

Week 12 – Dallas Cowboys Fantasy Forecast

Dallas Cowboys (7-3) at New York Giants (3-7)     Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   DeMarco Murray – #1 Ranked Running Back There should be nothing but fantasy gold coming from the backfield this week for Dallas. Murray has proved time and time again that he is the real deal. The Giants give up the most fantasy points to Running Backs. He is a must start every week.   Tony Romo – #6 Ranked Quarterback Tony Romo had over 20 fantasy points in week 7 against the Giants. We were all worried when he missed a game in Week 9 but then he came back and dominated Jacksonville. I see a solid 20+ game for Romo this week.   Dez Bryant – #3 Ranked Wide Receiver Dez had his fantasy gold moment before bye with 158 yards and two touchdowns. He might not see that many points but a mid teen performance like he did in their last meeting sounds about right.   Notables: Jason Witten – #10 Ranked Tight End and Dan Bailey – #3 Ranked Kicker   Gut Calls   Terrance Williams – #61 Ranked Wide Receiver Don’t rule him out. The Giants are banged up on defense. They have been good against Wide Receivers but this should only help Williams because they will be focusing on Bryant. I have not lost faith yet.   Bench Warmers No one....

Week 11 Waiver Wire Adds, Running Backs Edition

We partnered with RotoBaller to give you accurate and timely Week 11 waiver wire adds, running backs and more. In turn, they post our podcast to their site (which is centered around setting your weekly lineups). Enjoy! This article originally appeared on RotoBaller, our new partner. How is it that we are heading into Week 11? It seems like just yesterday that I (Bobby Koch)was writing preseason articles, and now here we are. The fantasy playoffs are drawing near, and some of you are still in contention to bring home that fantasy title. Let’s try to help you find that waiver wire or sleeper running back who will lead your fantasy football team’s victory parade or help you claw your way into the playoffs. Good luck in Week 11 RotoBallers.   Fantasy Football Running Backs (RB) – Week 11 C.J. Anderson (RB, DEN) – 4% owned on Fleaflicker Man, Montee Ball really picked a bad week not to be able to come back. Ronnie Hillman went and got himself injured (just like all people who held onto Ball for this long were hoping). By the way, if you were holding onto Ball in a non-dynasty format may I ask why? Anyways, in the absence of Hillman, C.J. Anderson really showed up for the Broncos. What do I mean by really showed up? Oh well, he just rushed 13 times for 90 yards and caught four receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown. You know, no big deal. Even if Hillman is able to go next week, I’d expect the Broncos to go with the hot hand in C.J. Anderson. The return...

Week 10 – Dallas Cowboys Fantasy Forecast

Dallas Cowboys at Jacksonville Jaguars   Week 10 – Dallas Cowboys Fantasy Forecast   Jacksonville gives up the 15th most to QB 9th most to RB 11th most to WRs 13th most to TEs   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Dez Bryant – 6th Ranked WR I totally understand that Dez has been frustrating, trust me I own him, but it’s the Jags and he is still a top 10 WR. Start him. DeMarco Murray – 1st Ranked RB Arizona had the Cowboys number. Last week ends Murray’s 100 yards a game streak but he will get back on pass against the Jags that give up the 9th most fantasy points to RBs. Jason Witten – 5th Ranked TE 6 fantasy points from a TE is not bad especially considering his teams overall performance with Weeden. Go ahead and play him this week. Dan Bailey – 1st Ranked K Since Romo is not %100 this week, the Cowboys might be more inclined to kick the field goal then to go for the touchdown in the red zone. The Jags give up the 2nd most fantasy points to Kickers. Dallas Defense – 1st Ranked DEF   Gut Calls   Tony Romo – 12th Ranked QB Romo is listed as Probable for Sundays game against Jacksonville. He is suffering from two fractures in his back. Dallas wants him back after their loss to Arizona but as a fantasy owner I would prefer to keep him out until after their Week 11 bye. Romo is expected to play. Only start him if you are in a 12 man league or a two Quarterback league this week when Romo is not...
