Welcome to Week 17. This week we decided to mix it up a little and declare our holiday wishes for each of these teams that we got to know over the course of the 2014 season. Hopefully you enjoy the unique Week 17 Jacksonville Jaguars Fantasy Forecast. Jacksonville Jaguars 3-12 at Houston Texans 8-7 Houston gives up the 9th fewest fantasy points to QBs the 13th fewest points to the RBs the absolute most points to WRs tied for 3rd fewest points to TEs the 9th fewest points to DEFs My Holiday Wishes: I wish the last game of the season for Jacksonville Jaguars wasn’t against Houston. They are a tough defense. Houston gives up the 9th fewest points to Quarterbacks, 13th fewest points to Running Backs, and tied for the 3rd fewest points to Tight Ends. They do, however, give up the absolute most points to Wide Receivers. On that note, I hope Marqise Lee achieves everything his talent allows. He’s truly a fantastic athlete who had to deal with injuries this year. Last week versus Tennessee he caught 4 of his 6 targets for 65 yards, but that wasn’t the whole story. I encourage you to look at his tape during the off-season. It’s good stuff. He’s already an early sleeper. Also on the sleeper train, Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns. Both rookies proved that they belong in the league and can be trusted. You will be able to get them on the cheap next year. They are worth an investment. I hope the offensive line improves. Blake Bortles was sacked 8 times versus Baltimore in Week 15. They couldn’t...

Every week we go match up by match up and tell you who your must starts, gut calls and bench players are for the game. This week we spiced it up a bit and talked about our Holiday wishes. We can’t cover every player but we should be able to answer those burning questions as to whether or not this is a good match up for one of your questionable players. Let the fun...

** Due to a website meltdown, this article was not published by game time. All of our articles are really our show notes, so we decided to publish this for archival purposes. Tennessee Titans 2-12 at Jacksonville 2-12 I’m a bit confused about this match up. Could have fantasy relevance, but these two teams have the fewest fantasy relevant players in the league. But as is with all of my write ups, I am optimistic about this team’s future. So, the Week 16 Jacksonville Jaguars Fantasy Forecast will once again look to the stars. Tennessee gives up the 15th most points to QBs 3rd most points to RBs 14th most points to WRs tied for 13th most points to TEs 6th most points to DEFs Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em Jacksonville Jaguars – #9 Ranked DEF Last week vs. Baltimore they only scored 3 points (20 Points allowed, 1 fumble recovery). They weren’t great versus Houston either, but before that they recorded 4+ sacks and recovered three fumbles at Indianapolis and versus the New York Giants. The Titans will play Charlie Whitehurst. He’s actually a decent options, considering he’s the third string guy, but he’s still on a team lacking offensive weapons. Also, Jacksonville is playing with some spunk. I don’t know why, but I like this team. Toby Gerhart – #24 Ranked RB Last week vs. Baltimore: 6.3 points (13 attempts, 54 yards rushing; 2 targets, 2 receptions, 9 yards receiving) Yeah, that’s not a great stat line, but it was against the Ravens, who give up the absolute least fantasy points to Running Backs. Going up against the Titans, who...

Tennessee Titans (2-12) at Jacksonville Jaguars (2-12) Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em None Gut Calls Nate Washington– I really, really, really don’t want you to consider him as he is way too risky of a play in the championship game…but if you are in dire need he has been targeted a decent amount since week 11. He has had a hot/cold pattern going and should be cold this week but you never know. Delanie Walker– It will be very dicey to play anyone with the current quarterback situation but Walker did have a decent game with 4 catches for 93 yards. He seemed to play okay with Whitehurst but he is listed as questionable with a hurt knee so you better check your injury reports as it is a short week for them. Bench Warmers Any and all Titans quarterbacks– It is a bad situation in Tennessee. Locker is out on IR with a shoulder injury. No one really knows when/if Zach Mettenberger will be back, Charlie Whitehurst is going to start for week 16 and they just signed Jordan Palmer as his back up. Nightmare. Shonn Greene and Bishop Sankey– It will come as no surprise to you that I don’t think you should play any Titan’s running back….and you shouldn’t…but if you have to then play Shonn Greene over Sankey. Greene got the bulk of the workload last week and Sankey has not been productive all year...

We partnered with RotoBaller to give you accurate and timely Week 16 waiver wire adds, wide receivers and more. In turn, they post our podcast to their site (which is centered around setting your weekly lineups). Enjoy! This article originally appeared on RotoBaller, our new partner. Can you believe we’re on week 16 already? Time flies! With two weeks left in the NFL season there’s three reasons I can think of how this article can help you win your fantasy football league. 1. You’re still in the championship hunt 2. You’re trying to block a competitor from picking up one of these players 3. You’re looking for ‘cheap’ keeper/dynasty steals for next season This week I (Matt Hartman) will look at the best week 16 wide receiver waiver wire pickups and sleepers, based on their current ownership numbers and fantasy outlook for the season. I will also provide a bonus section in this article recommending a player not to target on waivers. Fantasy Football Wide Receivers (WR) – Week 16 Organized by priority Jarvis Landry (MIA) – Owned in 37% of Fleaflicker leagues Over the last 4 weeks Landry has been targeted 44 times with a 77% catch rate which has made him a PPR gold mine. During that time Landry has become Ryan Tannehill‘s favorite receiving target. If you are in a keeper or dynasty league Landry is a must add if you haven’t already got him. If you are in a PPR league and Landry is somehow available pick him immediately. In standard leagues Landry is a WR3/4 fringe player. Baller Move: Add in all PPR leagues, Add in 14+...
