The Quarterback touches the ball on every offensive play.  In real football, he usually makes the most money on the team and normally is considered the most valuable player on the team. In fantasy, you can wait. They all get a lot of fantasy points and the drop off in production is not as dire as it is for the running backs or wide receivers.
