Cincinnati Bengals 3-1-1 at Indianapolis Colts 4-2

Week 7 - Cincinnati Bengals

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Giovani Bernard – 7th Ranked RB

Bernard left the game last Sunday after a big hit. He did return and should be ready to dominate the Colts defense that give up the 8th most points to Running Backs.

Mohamed Sanu – 14th Ranked WR

Sanu had another big game last week against Carolina with 120 yards and a touchdown. The best part about Sanu is that he was targeted 15 times and caught 10 of them. Green and Jones will be out again so that leaves Sanu as the number one guy in Cincinnati. Love him!

Gut Calls

Brandon Tate – 58th Ranked WR

If you are really thin in Wide Receivers this week you might want to take a look at Brandon Tate. He had 5 targets last Sunday for 38 yards and a touchdown. He will not be worth a roster spot going forward if Green plays but this week he might see the ball more. The Colts are really good at covering Wide Receivers so if Sanu can’t get open Tate might be the one to see the benefits. Risky play but it could pay off.

Jeremy Hill – 29th Ranked RB

I put Hill in Gut Calls last week and he ended up getting a touchdown and 35 total yards. He could have a repeat game of last week against another great matchup. If 9 points is good enough for you then start him as your flex.

Jermaine Gresham – 27th Ranked TE

Gresham is not Gronk to say the least but with no Green, Gresham is a viable option for a Week 7 start. The Colts give up the 9th most fantasy points to Tight Ends.

Bench Warmers

Andy Dalton – 19th Ranked QB

Back to doing what Dalton knows best, that is throwing interceptions. He had two last week, 323 yards and two touchdowns. Although he has yet to have a bad game, he has yet to have a great game either. I do not see that changing in Week 7 against the Colts that give up the 7th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks.

Mike Nugent – 19th Ranked K

I don’t blame you Nugent. He had 3 field goals on the day that he made two of which were over 40 yards. But really, I wouldn’t play him this week. Just wanted to say something nice about the guy. “Kickers do matter”

Cincinnati Defense – 15th Ranked DEF

Remember when we all drafted the Bengals Defense thinking that we were “Winning”? Oh how that feeling is gone and replaced with disappointment. The last two games they were in negative points and now they play the Colts that give up the 10th fewest fantasy points to Defenses.
