St. Louis Rams 6-10

Welcome to NFC West Week and the St. Louis Rams 2014 Fantasy Highs and Lows! Each week we will go division by division breaking down each team.

The Rams didn’t have a whole lot of fantasy value in 2014. Wide receivers were getting picked off week after week with injuries, there were quarterback woes per usual and a running back by committee situation turned into an unreliable running back situation in the end.

High:

I am really trying to think of a high, I mean…I am really struggling here. Brian Quick was a high for a minute there but then he got hurt, so I guess I would say the Rams defense was consistent in showing up against big teams and I liked seeing that this year. Sorry, guys. I don’t have much on this one.

Low:

Let’s start with the LOW low out of the gate…Sam Bradford getting hurt. I mean I just don’t know what you do with this poor kid anymore at this point? I mean….I feel so, so, so bad for this kid with his bad luck and freakish injuries. But what do you do? Apparently the Eagles have a plan in mind.

I guess my other low would be the Rams wide outs not really doing much all season long and then all getting injured….it wasn’t pretty. Not that you were really expecting much from them but they are usually good for one good sleeper a year. Bummer City.

The Rams now have Nick Foles instead of Sam Bradford in the mix so it could be a very different and interesting season next year. This is a team that I will certainly be keeping my eye on out of pure intrigue for what a difference a swap of quarterback could bring.
