Hoyer worked with the first-team on Saturday, August 1 and Mallet worked with the first-team Sunday, August 2. It’s probably going to go back and forth like that until after the second or third preseason game. Neither of these players are strong choices and it will probably be a difficult decision. Either way, don’t expect a whole lot from the Houston passing game.
