Cincinnati Bengals 10-4-1 at Pittsburgh Steelers 10-5 All I want for the Holiday season is: Is for AJ Green to be healthy. We already lost him once this year for three weeks in a row and again in Week 2. He only scored 4 points in Week 15 and 0 in Week 16. I think if the Coach decides he is playing he will be nothing more then a decoy. I want Jeremy Hill and Giovani Bernard to have anther awesome game. If you have both and you can only choose one then pick Hill but both where great against the Broncos and both should be great against the Steelers with Green limited. And although the Bengals defense has been rocking it the last two weeks, I would not start them again this week. The last time they played Pittsburgh the defense had -4 points. It’s called LeVeon, Brown and Big...

Every week we go match up by match up and tell you who your must starts, gut calls and bench players are for the game. This week we spiced it up a bit and talked about our Holiday wishes. We can’t cover every player but we should be able to answer those burning questions as to whether or not this is a good match up for one of your questionable players. Let the fun...
by Ashley Williams | Dec 21, 2014 | Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos
Denver Broncos (11-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (9-4-1) Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em Notable: C.J. Anderson- Peyton Manning– You are starting Peyton but I do want to temper your expectations. He hasn’t had the best luck recently between a gnarly stomach flu and a “thigh” injury. I think Peyton will be back to being Peyton this week since we saw glimmers of it last week despite being under the weather. With that said, the Bengals are tough; they give up the 6th fewest points, so expect mid to high teens for Peyton this week. Demaryius Thomas– Well, Peyton has to have someone to throw the ball to when he starts to come back to MVP form and Demaryius is usually that guy. It was pretty evident last week when he leaned on Thomas to get him through the game. Thomas is a top receiver in the league and you just can’t bench him. Gut Calls Emmanuel Sanders– I am feeling a little uneasy even typing to give Sanders a second thought, but it has to be said. The past 3 weeks he has only scored in standard formats, 7, 6 and 5 points. The Broncos offense hasn’t been as explosive as usual and Sanders has been getting laid out in the field by defenders. The fact that the Bengals give up the 2nd fewest points to receivers is also making me a bit uneasy. You may not have a better option, but it is worth looking to see if you do or think Flex. Julius Thomas– I know it is rough at the tight...

Pittsburgh Steelers 7-5 at Cincinnati Bengals 8-3-1 Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em A.J. Green – #7 Ranked Wide Receiver Green is listed as probable and has been limited in practice. He should still play. Last week Green was good enough with 4 receptions for 57 yards and one touchdown. This week he should have an even better game against Ike Taylor. If Kenny Stills can score 22 fantasy points then I think Green can have 25. Gut Calls Mohamed Sanu – #30 Ranked Wide Receiver Sanu was only targeted a season low of 3 times last week. For some reason they don’t feel that they need him as much with Green and Bernard back. I disagree. I expect Sanu’s targets to go back up against the Steelers that give up the 13th most fantasy points to Wide Receivers. Jermaine Gresham – #14 Ranked Tight End Jeremy Hill – #17 and Giovani Bernard #20 Ranked Running Backs When Bernard was out for three weeks Jeremy Hill came in and did very well. Now that Bernard is back, Hill is sharing the ball and he doesn’t like it. Hill and Coach Hue Jackson have made their disagreements very public over play calling and Hill’s jobs on the field. With that said, I like Bernard more this week. He was more productive last week and isn’t starting stuff with the coaching staff. Both are great flex options. Cincinnati Bengals – #15 Ranked Defense At #15 they really fall in the middle of the pack and so do the Steelers giving up fantasy points to defenses....
