Week 13 Waiver Wire Adds Running Backs Edition

We partnered with RotoBaller to give you accurate and timely Week 13 waiver wire adds, running backs and more. In turn, they post our podcast to their site (which is centered around setting your weekly lineups). Enjoy! This article originally appeared on RotoBaller, our new partner. I’m glad to see we are 13 weeks in and you guys are finally listening to me. What do I mean by that? Well, running backs that I have recommended in this article multiple times are finally seeing their ownership levels spike. Those examples include Tre Mason (58% owned on Fleaflicker), Terrance Crowell (50% owned on Fleaflicker), Terrance West (67% owned on Fleaflicker), and Alfred Blue (51% owned on Fleaflicker). To be honest with you, based on what these players have been doing those ownership totals are still pretty low. Mason and Crowell should be owned in all leagues, and the other two running backs are worth owning for those of you in deeper leagues. If they’re still available on your Week 13 waiver wires, go ahead and add them. Now let’s take a look at some running backs who have not quite crossed that 50% ownership threshold yet, guys who can be sleepers for PPR and standard leagues, and should be available on your Week 13 waiver wire. Special Treat: We’ve heard your requests for more position specific live advice, so at the bottom of this post you’ll find our week 13 running backs waiver wire chat room, where you can discuss the players in this article and other possible running back waiver wire additions.    Fantasy Football Running Backs (RB) – Week 13 Latavius Murray (RB, OAK) –...

Week 12 – Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Forecast

Jacksonville Jaguars (1-9) at Indianapolis Colts (6-4)   The Colts fell to the Patriots last week after losing two of their key players. Ahmad Bradshaw went out early with a fractured fibula and ankle. He has been placed on IR and most likely is done playing for the Colts. He will be a free agent next year at the rip age of 29. Dwayne Allen is listed Questionable for Week 12 but most likely will not play. He has yet to practice with an ankle sprain. He is a huge part of blocking for Luck.   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Notables: Andrew Luck – #2 Ranked Quarterback, Adam Vinatieri – #1 Ranked Kicker, and Colts Defense – #5 Ranked Defense   T.Y Hilton – #4 and Reggie Wayne – #31 Ranked Wide Receivers We knew the Patriots would be focusing their efforts in stopping Hilton and they did. I am not concerned for Hilton this week against the Jags. Reggie Wayne saw 9 targets for 91 yards. He is a Must Start this week coming off two back-to-back good games. The Jaguars give up the 11th most fantasy points to Wide Receivers.   Coby Fleener – #4 Ranked Tight End Coby Fleener is the new shiny toy for Luck. He caught all 7 targets for 144 yards. He saw 11 targets the week before and the end zone. Love him!   Gut Calls Trent Richardson – #15 and Dan Herron – #45 Ranked Running Backs Now that Bradshaw is out for the rest of the season the running game will be on Richardson. Don’t forget that...

Week 11 – Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Forecast

New England Patriots 7-2 at Indianapolis Colts 6-3 (In a Dome)  Week 11 – Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Forecast   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Andrew Luck – 4th Ranked QB Luck as only had one game under 20 fantasy points and that was in Week 2 against the Eagles with 18.88 points. He is a Must Start and leading Quarterbacks in fantasy points.   T.Y. Hilton – 10th Ranked WR New England is going to be putting all their efforts in stopping Hilton from having another great game against them. You can’t bench a player that has had over 10 fantasy points in five of their last six games and over 20 fantasy points in two of their last four games.   Ahmad Bradshaw – 11th Ranked RB Bradshaw is not the workhorse like some Running Backs are, but he seems to get it done. New England gives up the 6th most fantasy points to Running Backs and can’t stop them from catching the ball either. He is listed as possible but I am not concerned at all.   Dwayne Allen – 5th Ranked TE Allen is the 7th ranked Tight End in fantasy points. The Pats love giving up points to Tight Ends and there are too many weapons on the Colts for them to change their focus to protect Allen.   Adam Vinatieri – 2nd Ranked K Vinatieri is a Must Start from here on out. This will be a high scoring game and even Vinatieri should be fantasy gold this week.     Gut Calls   Coby Fleener – 16th Ranked TE Fleener had 11 targets last game and ended the...

Week 9 – Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Forecast

Indianapolis Colts 5-3 at New York Giants 3-4   Week 9 – Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Forecast     Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Andrew Luck – 1st Ranked QB DUH!   Ahmad Bradshaw – 12th Ranked RB The Giants give up the 2nd most points to Running Backs. Winning! Even if he shares the carries with Richardson, Bradshaw has too much upside to start anyone else. He has had 6 games on the season with more then 10 fantasy points. Play him!   Dwayne Allen – 5th Ranked TE If Dwayne Allen is not owned in your league you should all be ashamed of yourself. Pick him up! He might have only had 1 catch last week but it was for 20 yards and a touchdown. Allen has had 4 games over 10 fantasy points and only 2 games under 5. For Tight Ends these numbers are great. Must Start against the Giants that give up the 8th most fantasy points to Tight Ends.   Indianapolis Defense – 9th Ranked DEF The Colts Defense could have a pretty good game depending on what Giants team comes to play. They have had 4 games in double-digits. The Giants give up the 13th most fantasy points to Defenses.   T.Y. Hilton – 6th Ranked WR Hilton has been able to really prove himself as one of the top receivers this year. Last week, Hilton was able to bring in 6 catches for 155 yards and a touchdown. He has been in double-digit fantasy points in the last 4 out of 5 games. Must start against the Giants.   Gut Calls   Reggie Wayne – 27th Ranked WR I...
