Week 12 San Francisco 49ers Fantasy Forecast

Washington Redskins (3-7) at San Francisco 49ers (6-4) Here we go again. We have to tell you that the 49ers have a great match up and that you can consider playing them. And then they’ll give you mediocre fantasy scores. Oh well, here is the Week 12 San Francisco 49ers Fantasy Forecast by the numbers. Washington ties for the absolute most points to QBs tied for the 7th fewest points to RBs 12th most points to WRs 13th most points to TEs 8th most points to DEFs   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em San Francisco 49ers Defense – #3 Ranked DEF We can tell you to start the 49ers defense with confidence. That’s the only thing we almost know for sure.   Gut Calls Colin Kaepernick – #13 Ranked QB For all that is holy, stop starting Colin Kaepernick! I know there aren’t a lot of great options out there, but let me read these scores outloud: 10.88, 12.8, 14.12 – his scores since his bye in Week 8. BUT HE KEEPS GETTING GREAT MATCH UPS! Washingtown gives up the ABSOLUTE most points to QBs. Frustrating. Michael Crabtree – #35 Ranked WR Don’t get sucked in. One. Big. Play. 3 catches for 85 yards and a touchdown. On 8 targets. The week before he caught 3 of 8 targets as well, but for 62 yards. But again, this is a good match up. All of these guys frustrate me. Anquan Boldin – #24 Ranked WR He’s had at least 5 catches in all but 2 match ups this year. Last week, 5 catches on 6 targets for 53...

Week 12 – Washington Redskins Fantasy Forecast

Washington Redskins (3-7) at San Francisco 49ers (6-4)   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em Alfred Morris– #14 Ranked RB Morris is a sturdy little guy that you can always count on. He just keeps plugging away with 96 rushing yards last week and scoring 12 points. If you start Morris, just don’t watch the Redskins game and you will feel much better. He is the bright light on the Redskins team right now.     Gut Calls DeSean Jackson– #18 Ranked You are starting to get nervous that the return of RG3 will not be good for you as a DeSean Jackson owner. I get it, I’m nervous for you too. What am I saying, I am a DeSean Jackson owner…I AM NERVOUS! Jackson caught a measly 4 catches on 6 targets for a disappointing 35 yards. The good news is that since week 5 he has had a 2 great games one terrible game pattern. So hopefully you have two good games on the horizon for you. The Niners secondary isn’t anything special so that shouldn’t factor into your decision making. Honestly it will come down to whether or not you trust the Redskins chemistry.     Bench Warmers Notable: Pierre Garcon and Andre Roberts- #40 Ranked WR and #75 Ranked WR   Jordan Reed– #18 Ranked TE Reed is inactive this week with an injury.   Robert Griffin III– #26 Ranked QB There are much better options out there than RG3 at the moment. Last week he threw for 207 yards, eh…1 touchdown, eh….and 2 interceptions, ouch! Even more of a concern for me is that...

Week 11 San Francisco 49ers Fantasy Forecast

San Francisco 49ers 5-4 at New York Giants 3-6 The 49ers have been hot and cold when it comes to fantasy production all season. The 49ers continue to have nice fantasy matchups and it’s hit or miss as to whether or not they do anything with it. They need to run the ball. They need to run the ball. They need to – you get the picture. Hopefully the 49ers get the picture as well and we bank on it in the Week 11 San Francisco 49ers Fantasy Forecast. New York Giants give up the 9th most points to QBs 2nd most points to RBs 9th fewest points to WRs 6th most points to TEs 13th most points to DEFs   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em Frank Gore – #12 Ranked RB I will tell you with some joy that you should play Frank Gore. Finally last week they went to him. He rushed 23 times for 81 yards and a touchdown. He did lose steam at the end of the game and they used Carlos Hyde (4 rushes for 36 yards and a touchdown) so I am still a little concerned Rest of Season, but since the Giants give up the 2nd most points to Running Backs we see another score in Gore’s future. Carlos Hyde – #43 Ranked RB A lot of people keep asking about starting Carlos Hyde – four carries is not enough for me. He’s touchdown dependent and I think there are so many better options for a Flex at Wide Receiver that he’s an emergency bench stash only. But yes, you can run...
