Week 16 Baltimore Ravens Fantasy Forecast

Baltimore Ravens 9-5 at Houston Texans 7-7   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Justin Forsett - #10 Ranked Running Back Forsett had his worse game last week this season with only 4 fantasy points. This week is another tough matchup for Forsett. His previously injured ankle is off the injury report. He should be ready to play in full and want a comeback game against Houston.   Torrey Smith - #30 Ranked Quarterback This is a scary play in playoffs when Torrey had two catches for 16 yards last week, but I think he is feeling better and should be a Must Start against the weak Texans. He has been taken off the injury report. I think he will be much more then just a decoy. Smith will find the end zone today.   Baltimore’s Defense - #8 Ranked Defense Baltimore’s Defense has been on fire lately. They had 8 sacks, 1 interception and a touchdown last week while only giving up 12 points to Jacksonville. Houston is usually not nice to Defenses but with their Quarterback out it is time for the Ravens to become the destroyers of Week 16.   Justin Tucker - #6 Ranked Kicker Tucker hasn’t been needed as much the last two weeks, but I think that will change this week. He is the 7th highest fantasy scorer this year.   Gut Calls   Steve Smith Sr. – #32 Ranked Quarterback Smith Sr. is a very hot and cold player but this is the week he is supposed to be hot. It is a nice matchup as well. Houston gives up the 3rd most...

Week 16 Minnesota Vikings Fantasy Forecast

Minnesota Vikings 6-8 at Miami Dolphins 7-7   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Charles Johnson - #28 Ranked Wide Receiver Fantasy Football is coming to an end this year and it is time to get real with our rosters. Johnson should be picked up in every league. He is coming on at the right time and his Quarterback loves him. Johnson had 7 fantasy points last week with 7 targets. That might not seem like a lot but there is nothing but upside with Johnson. He is the main guy in Minnesota and is a great WR3/FLEX   Matt Asiata - #25 Ranked Running Back The best part of Asiata is that he catches the ball. In PPR he added an addition 7 points on last week where he had a total of 87 yards and a touchdown. If your Running Back is injuried, Asiata could be a nice streamer this week.   Gut Calls   Kyle Rudolph - #14 Ranked Tight Ends Rudolph had a season high in receptions with 7 balls and 69 yards. He is still dealing with his sports hernia and is not 100% yet. This will be another tough game for him. Miami gives up the 5th fewest fantasy points to Tight Ends.   Minnesota Vikings - #13 Ranked Defense   Greg Jennings - #46 Ranked Wide Receivers Jennings has found the end zone three times in the last four weeks. The week he didn’t he was still targeted 7 times. Bridgewater is getting better for the Vikings and the receivers are getting better for fantasy. Jennings is listed as Questionable while dealing...

Week 15 – Arizona Cardinals Fantasy Forecast

Arizona Cardinals 10-3 at St. Louis Rams 6-7   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Arizona Defense - #4 Ranked Defense The Cardinals defense had another double-digit performance. That was their 5th double-digit game in the last six games. This week they get another great matchup. The Rams give up the 3rd most fantasy points to Defenses. Must Start.   Gut Calls   Chandler Catanzaro - #21 Ranked Kicker Catanzaro has missed four of his last nine attempts including two last week against the Chiefs. Luckily for the Cardinals they still won and Catanzaro still ended the game with 10 fantasy points. Don’t panic for this Rookie Kicker. He made his first 17 field goals in the NFL and he will make lots more.   Larry Fitzgerald - #55, Michael Floyd - #56, John Brown - #58 and Jaron Brown - NA Ranked Wide Receivers The Cardinals were a team where you could have drafted near everyone. Now with Stanton behind center, the team as really fallen apart for fantasy owners. Fitz is listed as Probable at this point. I would start him over the other three but they have all become touchdown dependent. Jaron Brown is coming on in the last two games but it is a risky play. Stanton has to get them the ball and they have to beat coverage. The Rams give up the 13th most fantasy points to Wide Receivers.   Bench Warmers   Notable: Drew Stanton (#30) and John Carlson (NA)   Kerwynn Williams - #34, Stepfan Taylor - #47, and Marion Grice - #55 Ranked Running Backs At this point none of the Cardinal...

Week 14 – New England Patriots Fantasy Forecast

New England Patriots 9-3 at San Diego Chargers 8-4   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Rob Gronkowski - #1 Ranked Tight End No one is Gronk. He leads the league in fantasy points for Tight Ends with 145 points. 26 more fantasy points then Jimmy Graham. It doesn’t matter for Gronk that the Chargers give up the 4th fewest fantasy points to Tight Ends. It is Tim Wright time as well. He does really well against teams that are tough against Tight Ends.   Tom Brady - #7 Ranked Quarterback The Chargers give up the 15th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks, but they have been giving up fantasy points recently. Tannehill had 28 pts in Week 9 and Flacco had 23 fantasy points in Week 13. Brady should have no problem moving the ball down the field.   Brandon LaFell - #22 Ranked Wide Receivers LaFell is listed as Questionable with a shoulder injury that he played through last week. He should see the majority of the Targets since the Chargers will be focusing on the Tight Ends. LaFell points are alittle all over the board but he is the perfect flex option.   Gut Calls   Julian Edelman - #31 Ranked Wide Receiver Edelman saw 10 targets last week and 15 the week before. He hasn’t been doing much with those targets. He is no more then a WR3/flex this week.   LeGarrette Blount – #24 Ranked Running Back Blount rushed 10 times for 58 yards. Should see more attempts if Vereen is out. Watch your injury reports. This is a night game so you might just want...

Week 14 – Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Forecast

Indianapolis Colts 8-4 at Cleveland Browns 7-5   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Andrew Luck - #2 Ranked Quarterback Last week Luck had 370 yards, 5 touchdowns, and 1 interception. It was a scary start of the game for Luck when he lost the footall but he rebounded nicely like he always does. Cleveland gives up the 5th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks but so what. Luck is the best Quarterback in the league this year.   T.Y. Hilton - #10 Ranked Wide Receiver Hilton has only had one game under 10-fantasy points since Week 6. He is the main go to guy in Indianapolis. He will be going up against Haden that shut down Sammy Watkins, but Hilton is really fast and there are so many weapons on the Colts offensive that it will be hard to just focuse on Hilton.   Coby Fleener - #5 Ranked Tight End Expect Fleener’s production to go down with Allen back. With that said the Tight Ends are so bad that Fleener is still a Must Start. Don’t expect him to have over 100 yards, but he could find the end zone. The Browns give up the 10th fewest fantasy points to Tight Ends.   Daniel Herron – #19 Ranked Running Back Herron had another fumble last week but he found the end zone and had 88 yards on 8 attempts. He is so much better then Trent Richardson. With that said this is the first time Richardson has played his former team. I would plan on Richardson to get a few more attempts early in the game. They both could...

Week 14 – Oakland Raiders Fantasy Forecast

San Francisco 49ers at Oakland Raiders 1-11   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   No Must Starts   Gut Calls   Latavius Murray – #32 Ranked Running Back Murray has been cleared to play after suffering from a concussion in Week 12. In his last appearance he had 4 carries for 112 yards and two touchdowns. He was the main reason the Raiders won that game over Kansas City. No one saw his performance coming including the Raider’s Coaches. He didn’t take a lot of reps during practice and the Coaches say he will be sharing carries with Darren McFadden. The 49ers give up the 8th fewest fantasy points to Running Backs. I might not play him this week but I would moving forward.   Bench Warmers   James Jones - #57 Ranked Wide Receiver Jones has had one good game in the last seven games. I do not expect him to have his second against the 49ers that give up the 9th fewest fantasy points to Wide Receivers.   Mychal Rivera - #18 Ranked Tight End The time has past when you could start Rivera in your lineup. He had 8 targets and only had 21 yards against the Rams. The 49ers give up the 9th fewest fantasy points to Tight Ends. Not a great matchup for a guy that has been struggling lately.   Derek Carr - #32 Ranked Quarterback Carr hasn’t had over 15 fantasy points since Week 6. Last week he had 173 yards and two interceptions. A young Quarterback with a weak supporting cast, is not what you should be looking at going into...
