AFC Fantasy Football Preview with @FFMagicMan

Two weeks ago our co-host Brandon had a nice long chat with Micah James (@FFMagicMan) about the fantasy football prospects of the AFC West. We posted it, loved it, etc.

Last night one of our Co-hosts, Brandon Marianne Lee, sat down with the ever knowledgeable Micah James, otherwise known as @FFMagicMan on Twitter (follow him)! He was one of our first fantasy expert followers and we’ve bantered back and forth about fantasy ever since. His podcasts are fabulous. You can find him in iTunes by searching “Magic Formula.” And, he was the winner of the 2012 FSTA Rankings Challenge. So, he’s the smartest of the smart.

He asked Brandon to come on to the show to chat about the AFC West fantasy prospects. Ironically, while Brandon brushed up on the teams, she realized there are very few. But, the prospects that do exist could win you your championship.

2013 Draft

The Draft is only two days away. With the third pick I am guessing the Oakland Raiders will pick OT from Central Michigan. Anybody who watched the Raiders last year saw Darren McFadden get torn up and Carson Palmer get nearly murdered. This pick could up Darren McFadden’s potential next season.

Will the Philadelphia Eagles new head coach follow his head or his heart with the fourth pick of the NFL Draft. That’s the question of this pick. The smart pick is OT from Oklahoma, however fond memories of Dion Jordan will keep DT from Utah in the back of Coach Kelly mind. My guess he will go with DT from Utah.
