Bell rushed for 93 yards against a stingy Baltimore defense last week, and he looked great. Look for him to have an even better fantasy game against Oakland. Frankly, RBs are so bad this year, he’s a must start, especially against a so-so defense. If you are in a dynasty league, he’s money in the bank.
