Minnesota Vikings – Fantasy Forecast – Week 10

Minnesota Vikings – Fantasy Forecast – Week 10

Washington Redskins 3-5 at Minnesota Vikings 1-7

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Adrian Peterson

#2 Ranked RB

Per usual, AP had a nice week. With 23 points, he had 140 rushing yards and 1 TD.  That made him the 3rd highest scoring RB for the week. He will go up against the 3rd worst rush attack so expect a huge week for AP.

Gut Calls

Christian Ponder

#21 Ranked QB

Ponder has been named the starter against the Redskins. He hasn’t looked terrible but he also hasn’t looked great. The upside is that he tends to run the ball into the end zone himself quite a bit. The Washington defense is terrible, particularly against opposing QBs. You would have to be really struggling in your QB position with the byes and/or injuries, but if you were ever going to play him, this would be the week.

Bench Warmers

Vikings WR

You are thinking, “Ponder has to throw the ball to someone.” Well Jennings, the highest scoring of the Vikings receivers, only scored 5 fantasy points last week and 5 points is not worth a start. Bench them all and just enjoying watching AP run the ball.
