Cincinnati Bengals – Fantasy Forecast – Week 10

Cincinnati Bengals – Fantasy Forecast – Week 10

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Andy Dalton

#13 Ranked QB

Yeah, yeah…you are yelling about how he only scored 6 fantasy points last week and threw for 3 INT and we told you that he was going to be great. He should have been great. Some things we can’t predict, like Foles going on a throwing rampage, like if he didn’t throw 7 touchdowns he would be killed off in a Hunger Games kind of performance. It was nuts. As was Andy Dalton’s performance. Crazy bad. He is up against a sub-par DEF in keeping QBs at bay so look for him to bounce back this week. People always tend to play better against a rival.

A.J. Green

#2 Ranked WR

Even with a lackluster Bengals performance, Green was still able to get 128 yards off 11 RECs. Overall, he was targeted 19 times. That is the kind of targets you hope for and he produces after catching the ball as well. The Ravens have a mediocre secondary so A.J. Green should be just fine this week.  Let’s hope that he makes this his 5th game in a row with over 100 yards.

Bengals DEF

#3 Ranked DEF

It seems wrong to start a DEF against the super bowl champs, but facts are facts. The Bengals defense is better than average and the Ravens have given up the 12th most points to DEFs this year. The Bengals are the 4th best fantasy DEF this season so we expect them to score more than the 8 points that other DEFs have averaged against them.

Gut Calls

Giovani Bernard

#19 Ranked RB

Bernard had a killer week, the kind of week we have been hoping to see from him. He got you 21 fantasy points from 79 rushing yards on just 9 carries and he found his way into the end zone twice. Sadly he is in the Gut calls because he left the game with a rib injury and is listed as Questionable, so check his status before you put him in the line-up.

BenJarvus Green-Ellis

#29 Ranked RB

Green-Ellis was still able to rack up 72 yards rushing even with Bernard’s outstanding performance. His stock will greatly rise if Bernard isn’t able to play next week. Even if Bernard does start, Green-Ellis has proven to be a good flex option. Baltimore does have the best rush defense in the league so make your choices on both these guys wisely.

Bench Warmers

Bengals TEs

We haven’t talked about them for weeks and there is a reason for that.

Each week the ladies of Her Fantasy Football provide written fantasy analysis and commentary on our brother site, www.Cover32.com.  Please go over there and check out all the exciting new things that group has to offer in regards to league news.  They provide in-depth analysis, team by team, giving the fans a closer look at the teams they love.
