Indianapolis Colts vs St. Louis Rams
Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em
Andrew Luck
#7 Ranked QB
If you watched this game, then you know how stressful it was. Luck had virtually no points until the second half and then ended with 3 TDs and 271 yards. His 24 points was the 6th highest QB score for the week and you should expect him to do around the same against the Rams this week.
T.Y. Hilton
#11 Ranked WR
Hilton was the recipient of all 3 of Luck’s TDs with 121 yards on 7 receptions. As you can see, Hilton is the man in Indy now that Reggie Wayne is out and don’t expect that to change (especially since Heyward-Bey can’t seem to keep his hands on the ball). The Rams have a so-so secondary so Hilton and your fantasy team should be just fine.
Gut Calls
Coby Fleener
#10 Ranked TE
As predicted, Fleener had a pretty good game. He comes in as a gut call because he had the 11th most points last week and Gronk is on bye. Fleener will go up against a DEF that has given up the 2nd fewest points to a TE, so he might have his work cut out for him. You need to hope that Luck targets him in the end zone.
Bench Warmers
Trent Richardson and Donald Brown
#35 Ranked RB and #40 Ranked RB
While Trent is still the “starter,” Brown gets almost as many touches. The problem is that neither of them do much with it. Last week, both had 5 fantasy points or fewer which isn’t great. Granted they are up against a terrible DEF in terms of defending the rush, but one would have to believe that you have a better option.
