Miami Dolphins – Fantasy Forecast – Week 13

Cover32LogoMiami Dolphins 5-6 at New York Jets 5-6

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Mike Wallace

#22 Ranked WR

Wallace had his best game this season with 127 yards receiving and a TD. Wallace faces the New York Jets secondary that gives up the 9th most points to opposing fantasy WRs. Wallace will face off against cornerback Antonio Cromartie who got destroyed by Torrey Smith last week on a 60-yard bomb. The numbers would have been worse if Smith was able to catch another wide open 50 yard bomb. Wallace goes deep and Cromartie can’t cover deep. It’s going to be a big, big day.

Gut Calls

Brain Hartline

#39 Ranked WR

Hartline shows up in “Gut Calls” because the Dolphins will throw all over the field against the helpless Jets secondary. With Wallace stretching the field deep, Hartline will be free to roam the middle of the field. Expect about 75 yards with the possibility of a TD.

Ryan Tannehill

#19 Ranked QB

If you play in a deep league, 12-14 teams, Tannelhill deserves an honest look this week. On paper it is his best matchup of the season and the guy is a model of consistency. In eight of his 11 games he scored at least 14 fantasy points and this week that number has A LOT of upside. We see him as a high end QB2 with lots of potential.

Bench Warmers

Lamar Miller

#52 Ranked RB

Miller had eight yards rushing and 39 yards receiving. Although Daniel Thomas is injured and expected to sit the rest of year, Miller is still stuck with a horrible offensive line. Although he no longer faces the threat of racial slurs in the locker room, he still faces arguably the best rush defense in the league.
