Carolina Panthers – Fantasy Forecast – Week 14

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Cam Newton

#6 Ranked QB

We don’t love this match-up. New Orleans gets to play at home and they give up the 6th fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs. Cam is the 4th highest scoring QB this year, and when he’s hot he’s arguably the best. You don’t bench your studs, but man…

Greg Olsen

#10 Ranked TE

Ole Faithful. In a year where TEs are all over the map, it’s nice to know there’s one guy you can trust. Last week he caught five passes for 85 yards. In fact, he’s caught at least five passes in the last three games. We like him, and luckily so does Cam.

Gut Calls

Carolina Defense

#9 Ranked DEF

Owners love the consistent production they experienced almost all season with the Panthers, but it’s hard to trust anyone against the Saints (unless you play in Seattle’s stadium). New Orleans is at home, still ticked off about getting embarrassed by the Seahawks and they give up the 3rd fewest fantasy points to opposing DEFs. Total Gut Call.

Bench Warmers

All Wide Receivers

You are vying for a playoff spot, in the playoffs, or playing for pride. The Panther receivers may be the most inconsistent group of all time. The highest ranked WR on this team is Steve Smith at #35, and frankly, that’s high. We cannot suggest any of them.

Each week the ladies of Her Fantasy Football provide written fantasy analysis and commentary on our brother site, www.Cover32.com.  Please go over there and check out all the exciting new things that group has to offer in regards to league news.  They provide in-depth analysis, team by team, giving the fans a closer look at the teams they love.
