Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

DeMarco Murray

#3 Ranked RB

It’s cold in Chicago. That’s some hard-hitting analysis. Ha! Teams like to run the ball when it’s freaky cold, and lucky for Murray owners, Chicago gives up the 2nd most points to opposing RBs. And last week Murray rushed 17 times for 63 yards and three TDs and also caught five passes for 39 yards against Oakland. Look for a monster day from Murray.

Dez Bryant

#4 Ranked WR

Bryant owners are frustrated, and they should be. Bryant’s inconsistencies sank many a ship this fantasy season, but he had a nice game last week when he caught seven passes for 61 yards and one TD. The Cowboys must throw at some point in the game, and it’s clear that Terence Williams and Miles Austin have fallen off the map. The Cowboys say they want Dez more involved, so cross your fingers.

Jason Witten

#3 Ranked TE

It’s been a boom or bust year for the dependable veteran, but we like him this week. The Bears give up the 12th most fantasy points to opposing TEs and Romo looks for Witten more and more as the season goes on.

Gut Calls

No gut calls.

Bench Warmers

Tony Romo

#18 Ranked QB

Chicago gives up the 8th fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs and even in great matchups Romo let down his fantasy owners. Ironically, Romo may be playing his best REAL football in his career, but his fantasy value is dubious, at best. Over the last three weeks Romo hasn’t scored over 16 fantasy points rendering him un-startable.
