Philadelphia Eagles – Fantasy Forecast – Week 10

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Nick Foles

#8 Ranked QB

Nobody saw that performance coming last week. Perfect QB rating and 7 TDs. That is insane. You probably won’t hear about Foles in the Hall of Fame, but what you care about is this week and this season. He will go up against a team that gives up quite a few points to opposing QBs so expect a big week. Not 45 points big, but comfortably in the 20s.

LeSean McCoy

#3 Ranked RB

So this wasn’t the biggest week for McCoy with 13 fantasy points, but that still isn’t anything to be upset about. Plus keep in mind that Foles was throwing for his life, which didn’t leave many opportunities on the ground for McCoy. This week should be a little more even between the air and the ground game.

Riley Cooper

#24 Ranked WR

Foles seems to be comfortable throwing to Cooper and Cooper always has a decent game when Foles is in. Cooper caught 3 TDs and had 139 yards. This guy is only owned in less than 10% of leagues so get active on the waiver wire.

DeSean Jackson

#7 Ranked WR

We have said it before; you don’t bench DeSean Jackson. Period. He had 150 receiving yards and 1 TD last week scoring 21 fantasy points making him the 6th highest scoring WR last week. Four of Jackson’s 5 TDs have been when Foles has been the big man behind center. Jackson is up against a mediocre DEF at guarding WRs so expect a lovely little tandem week from Jackson and Foles.

Gut Calls

Brent Celek

#24 Ranked TE

Brent Celek is Brent Celek, which means he is always a Gut Call. Always. With that said, he and Foles have a decent rapport and he is going up against a team that has given up the 8th most fantasy points to opposing TEs.

Bench Warmers

Eagles DEF

#25 Ranked DEF

The Eagles DEF still leaves little to be desired and Eddie Lacy is a beast, so you shouldn’t play these guys at all. Leaving your roster spot open would even be a better idea.

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

LeSean McCoy
#2 Ranked RB
We don’t want you to be scared of playing McCoy because he is going up against the 2nd best run defense in the league (don’t think about it). The Bucs haven’t played great rushing teams so this is a skewed stat. McCoy will get the ball a lot and he has only had one week where he didn’t score you double-digit fantasy points. He will get around 20 touches and, when he has the ball in his hands that much, magic happens. Play him.

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants

This week, we made some gut calls on Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy, DeSean Jackson, and Brent Celek.

Fantasy Foreplay: Eagles v GiantsPhiladelphia Eagles (1-3) at New York Giants (0-4) PHILADELPHIA EAGLES Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em Bench Warmers We don’t really have anyone to bench; they are playing the Giants who have looked truly terrible. The Eagles’ DEF is even projected decent points. Start the whole team and be merry.
