Week 17 – Baltimore Ravens Wish List

Cleveland Browns 7-8 at Baltimore Ravens 9-6     All I want for this Holiday Season:   Is Forsett to be healthy. Last week was another disappointing game from Forsett with only 19 yards on 10 carries. 10 carries doesn’t seem a lot for him to do much but in Week 5 he had 42 yards and a touchdown on only 6 carries. He may say his ankle is fine, but we know there is still something wrong. He is listed as Questionable but should play.   I also wish for a more consistent Flacco. How is it that he puts up numbers in the 20s against really good defenses (Miami) and bad numbers against teams like Tennessee and New Orleans. Flacco gets 16 points against Cincinnati the first time and then gets 5. The last time they played, Flacco finished the game with 11 fantasy points. There is no predicting this guy. Cleveland gives up the 5th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks so don’t start him again.   For next year I hope that my Justin Tucker comes back and dominates. I know he plays fantasy and I am sure that he wishes he did better this year. He is the 12th highest Kicker this year. After Tucker, the kickers drop down by 10 fantasy points. Kickers do matter....

Week 16 Dallas Cowboys Fantasy Forecast

Indianapolis Colts 10-4 at Dallas Cowboys 10-4   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Tony Romo – #6 Ranked Quarterback Romo has had 20 fantasy points or more in four of his last five starts. This will be a shootout and Romo should have a good time with Dez this afternoon.   Dez Bryant – #6 Ranked Wide Receiver It’s not the perfect matchup for Dez, but you never put Dez on the bench. Must Start.   Jason Witten – #10 Ranked Tight End Witten was targeted two more times then Dez last week. If they want to keep throwing him the ball you must start him. Great matchup as well, Indy gives up the 5th most fantasy points to Tight Ends.   DeMarco Murray – #18 and Joseph Randle – #26 Ranked Running Backs Murray broke his hand, got surgery and is still practiced all week. Amazing. Murray has been ruled ACTIVE for Week16. How much he will play will only be knownduring the game. Joseph Randle is your man if you find Murray to be too risky. Colts that give up the 7th most fantasy points to Running Backs so you shouldn’t feel bad starting either one of them.   Gut Calls   Cole Beasley – #66 Ranked Wide Receiver Beasley is now the number two guy in Dallas. He had the same amount of targets as Terrance Williams but doubled his fantasy points. Beasley is not a huge threat in fantasy but if you are in a really deep league then there are worse options out there. Romo will need to get the ball around on this...

Week 16 Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Forecast

Indianapolis Colts 10-4 at Dallas Cowboys 10-4   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Andrew Luck – #3 Ranked Quarterback This is going to be a shootout. I know he did us all dirty last week but it is Luck and you wouldn’t have made it this far if you didn’t have him. T.Y. Hilton – #7 Ranked Wide Receiver Keep watching the injury report with Hilton. He messed up his hamstring last week and has yet to practice. This will be a game time decision. This won’t be an easy matchup either. Dallas is pretty good defending the Receivers. Be careful, his injury could make him nothing more thena decoy if he plays. Dwayne Allen – #6 and Coby Fleener #11 Ranked Tight Ends This could be the week for both Tight Ends to have over 50 yards and a touchdown. Fleener is still seeing more targets but that might change this week. I like both of them this week. Adam Vinatieri – #2 Ranked Kicker   Gut Calls   Daniel Herron – #21 Ranked Running Back Herron is splitting the carries with Richardson. Herron might be better but he is no more then a 7-point Running Back at this point. If that is good enough for you then put him in. There are worse options then Herron. Donte Moncrief – #34 Ranked Wide Receiver Moncrief will be the one that will benefit the most from Hilton’s injury. He is a great play in most leagues as your FLEX or WR3. He has seen 4 targets in the last four games. I think he will see more...

Week 16 Oakland Raiders Fantasy Forecast

Buffalo Bills 8-6 Oakland Raiders 2-12   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   This game could get really ugly for this offense.   Buffalo gives up the 2nd fewest to QBs 8th fewest to RBs 11th fewest to WRs The absolute fewest to TEs They give up the 13th most to Kickers so Sebastian anyone?   Gut Calls   Latavius Murray – #22 Ranked Running Back Murray is the clear number one guy in the backfield, but with that said they just didn’t give him the ball enough last week. 12 times is not going to get you huge fantasy numbers most likely. Murray is no more then a FLEX while the Raiders are trying to find themselves this year.   Mychal Rivera – #15 Ranked Tight End Really bad matchup but he saw 12 targets last week. So most likely he will get you something.   Bench Warmers   Derek Carr – #22 Ranked Quarterback Carr will be better next year, but he is not good this year. He had his first game over 15 fantasy points in Week 14 since Week 6, but then last week he had 10 fantasy points. Do not take a chance on this Rookie Quarterback against a very talented Buffalo Defense.   James Jones – #54 Ranked Wide Receiver Jones had 11 targets last week and 11 fantasy points. Sounds like a solid FLEX play but not this week. The Bills should have no problem stopping Jones and Holmes.   Oakland’s Defense – #21 Ranked...

Week 16 New York Giants Fantasy Forecast

New York Giants 5-9 at St. Louis Rams 6-8   Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em   Odell Beckham Jr. – #4 Ranked Wide Receiver Last week was the second week in a row for ODB to have 15 targets. He only had 19 fantasy points two weeks ago. On Sunday he had 30. He is crazy! Must Start in every format.   New York Giants – #5 Ranked Defense The Giants defense has been fantasy gold the last three weeks. Easy teams sure but the Rams are very beatable as well. They give up the 3rd most fantasy points to Defenses.   Gut Calls   Andre Williams – #27 and Rashad Jennings – #40 Ranked Running Back Jennings has been ruled out for Week 16. That leaves Andre Williams. Williams will have just an ok day. Last week he had 18 attempts with 44 yards and another 9 yards receiving. St. Louis is pretty tough against the run so he is your Gut Call.   Bench Warmers   Eli Manning – #13 Ranked Quarterbacks Eli will for sure get some yards and touchdowns this week with ODB, but he will also get some turnovers. The Rams are going to give Eli a hard time in their house.   Larry Donnell – #22 Ranked Tight End Larry hasn’t had over 3 fantasy points in four weeks. This will not be the week to break that trend. The Rams give up the 2nd fewest fantasy points to Tight Ends,...
