Chicago Bears – Fantasy Forecast – Week 16

Play ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

Jay Cutler

#7 Ranked QB

Now that we’ve seen him play we can safely tell you that you should start Cutler. The floor is SO HIGH when you have offensive weapons like Brandon Marshall (Cutler’s boyfriend, let’s be real), Alshon Jeffery, Matt Forte… He can only be so bad if he tries. Last week he passed for 265 yards and three TDs. Look for the same numbers this week because Philadelphia gives up the 6th most fantasy points to opposing QBs.  Let him eat cake!  And by the way, the Eagles also give up the absolute most points to opposing WRs so this will get ugly, as in AWESOME, if you own Cutler, Marshall or Jeffery.

Other Studs: Matt Forte (RB) #5, Brandon Marshall (WR) #4, Alshon Jeffery (WR) #6

Gut Calls

Martellus Bennett

#9 Ranked TE

Bennett is a PPR option more than a standard league option. He did catch all six of his targets last week for 71 yards, but then he fumbled… The Eagles give up the 3rd fewest fantasy points to opposing TEs, so he is a little risky. But aren’t all TEs a little risky this year?

Bench Warmers

Chicago Defense

#25 Ranked DEF

Some people still haven’t bought in to the Foles phenomenon. Well, we have because we actually watch football. Anyway, don’t play your defense against Foles and especially don’t do that if your defense isn’t very good, a.k.a. the Bears.

Each week the ladies of Her Fantasy Football provide written fantasy analysis and commentary on our brother site, www.Cover32.com.  Please go over there and check out all the exciting new things that group has to offer in regards to league news.  They provide in-depth analysis, team by team, giving the fans a closer look at the teams they love.
