This is a tough one. Second-round pick Maxx Williams will eventually be the starter, but historically tight ends take time to adjust to the league, the routes an their blocking assignments. Also, Gillmore supposedly worked on his quickness and receiving skills over the offseason. Keep your eye on this situation. Offensive Coordinator Marc Trestman used Martellus Bennett of the Chicago Bears quite a bit.
